  • Our mobile bar rental business provides a comprehensive range of services, including  the rental of fully-equipped mobile bars, professional bartending staff, drink packages,  and customization options to suit your event needs.

  • The process is simple. First, contact us to check availability and discuss your event  requirements. Once confirmed, we'll work with you to customize your package. On the day of your event, we'll deliver and set up the mobile bar, ensuring everything is ready  to go for a memorable experience.

  • Our services are perfect for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate  events, private parties, birthdays, and more. Whether it's a formal gathering or a casual celebration, our mobile bars can add a unique touch to any occasion.

  • Absolutely! We understand the importance of personalization. You can work with our  team to customize the mobile bar setup, signage, and even drink menus to align with  your event theme and style.

  • Yes, our mobile bar rental packages can include professional bartending staff. Our experienced and skilled bartenders will ensure your guests enjoy a delightful and  memorable beverage experience.

  • We offer a versatile drink menu that can be customized to your preferences. Our mobile  bar carts can serve a variety of cocktails, serve beer and wine, and provide non-alcoholic  options to accommodate all your guests.

  • It's advisable to book as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak  event seasons. Contact us to discuss your event date and secure your reservation.

  • We carry general liability insurance, and each bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol in your state.

  • Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of the  deposit. Cancellations 31-59 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of their deposit. Cancellations within the 30 day period prior to the event will not receive a refund.

  • Please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in the contract. Generally, we have  specific cancellation periods with associated fees, and we recommend contacting us as  soon as possible in the event of any changes.

  • We usually have a minimum of four (4) hours for an event; however, we can  accommodate a variety of event durations. Contact us to discuss your specific needs,  and we'll work together to create a package that suits the timeframe of your event.

  • We serve the Inland Empire & Orange County, but we understand people love our carts.  While our standard pricing includes delivery and setup within this area, additional fees  may apply for events outside this range. Contact us for a personalized quote based on  your event location.

  • If you’re looking to set up indoors, a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide and a  standard 120V outlet is all we need. If you want to set up outside where there is no power, we can bring a quiet generator (extra fee).

  • Once we confirm that we are available on your date, a 50% deposit is due along with a  signed contract to secure Sip for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior  to your event date. If your event is within 45 days the full amount is due at the Ame of  booking.

  • Our mobile carts are versatile, equipped with 7 taps that can pour various beverages,  including prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas and more!  Whether you’re interested in alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, we have everything you need to make your next event unforgettable.

    Please note state and provincial laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. That means  you, the venue or your caterer must supply the alcohol. Not to worry, as we’ll provide  you with our supplier’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale  prices and arrange delivery right to your event!

  • Determining how much alcohol you need for your event can be tricky! Luckily, we have  a drink calculator that will help you plan and estimate what beverages will be needed  for your event. Our calculator takes into account various event details, including:

    • The number of guests attending your event 

    • How much your guests typically drink 

    • How many hours you’ll be serving and more!

  • There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each  package price.
